What time is check-in?
Check-in is 13:00 for tent sites and lodge rooms. If you arrive early, we can check to see if your tent or room is ready but we can’t guarantee that an early check-in will be available. If not, we are happy to hold your luggage so that you can explore Bjni till check-in time.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is 11:00 for tent sites and lodge rooms. You may request a late check-out up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
What should we bring for camping?
Camp Bjni has taken the guesswork out of what to bring for a tent camping or lodge experience by providing many of the essentials. Please see our “What to Pack” list elsewhere on this site.

Be sure to pack a swimsuit and your own bath/swimming towels to enjoy the Hrazdan River, our natural pond and bathing showers. Our Camp Store offers snacks, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks, firewood, ice, flashlights, toothbrushes and other incidentals.
Do you have on-site dining?
We offer a modest country breakfast in our outdoor canope from 8:30 – 10:30. If you enjoy barbecuing yourself, there are communal grills on the property and nearby. Please follow our safety regulations.
Do you allow fishing?
Yes – you can fish in the Hrazdan River and our natural pond with your net or pole, keep your catches and even cook them on our property. We have a 3-catch limit.
Do you have a garbage collection site?
Yes, we have a dumpster on our property where guests must dispose of their waste..
Is smoking allowed?
The Kotayk region is not immune to forest fires. Furthermore, camping tents are not fireproof. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking IS permitted in designated locations ONLY. We impose hefty fines for anyone who irresponsibly lights matches, smokes inside our accommodations, improperly disposes of cigarette butts or lights fires anywhere other than designated locations. This policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, burning of candles/incense or hand-made firepits.
Do you allow group bookings?
Yes – please contact us for group rates.
Is there a minimum or maximum stay?
We require a minimum of two nights on weekends (Friday/Saturday nights).
What is your cancellation policy?
The full amount of your stay will be collected to hold your reservation. You may cancel for a 95% refund or modify your dates for no charge up to 10 days ahead of your stay. This includes cancellations of all or part of your stay.

Within 10 days of your stay, no refunds or modifications will be made.
Camping is a great outdoor experience and Mother Nature is in charge of the weather. We do not issue refunds if there is inclement weather unless the authorities declare a Force Majeure.
If you are going to be late past 15:00, please contact us so that we can hold your reservation for you.
